In preparation for the thrilled-filled UFC Stockholm card, the official UFC rankings have been modified, these modifications have resulted in some slight changes, especially in the lightweight division.

After winning in his last match with Gustafsson, Anthony has risen up to the spot of Number 3 in the division making have just two people separating him for from the title, Daniel Cormier and Thiagos Santos. On the other hand, Aleksandar Rakic, has risen up to the position of number 11, after emerging a victor in the match he had with Manuwa.

Amazingly, Manuwa and Gustafsson are both being featured still in the rankings, notwithstanding the fact that both fighter went into retirement after losing the last matches in Stockholm.

Aside the noisy events occurring at the light heavyweight, the most obvious of things to bear in mind in the new ranking that came as a result of the modifications, is the impoverished condition of the flyweight division. Once packed with a special class of talent, the UFC division presently in a way looks to be more obstacles compared to real contenders.
