Jon Jones has laughed at a clip of Daniel Cormier’s reaction to his victory over Ciryl Gane at UFC 285. Although Jones winning the UFC heavyweight championship wasn’t surprising, the way he did it by submitting Gane in just two minutes shocked many, solidifying his status as the GOAT.

Cormier was commentating during the fight and looked shocked, even asking what submission Gane tapped to. In response to a fan’s tweet, Jones found it amusing that Cormier couldn’t even pretend to smile and jokingly noted how the former champion and analyst failed to identify a guillotine.

Cormier has recently questioned Jones’ GOAT status, citing his previous PED violations. Despite never having the third fight, their rivalry continues through their comments about each other. Fans can only hope for a sit-down interview between them in the future.
