Mixed martial arts fighter Cat Zingano doesn’t have a preference for whether current Bellator featherweight champion Cris Cyborg decides to re-sign with the promotion or not. Zingano will face Leah McCourt in the co-main event for Bellator 293 on Friday after winning all of her previous three fights since joining Bellator, but the highly anticipated fight between Zingano and Cyborg has yet to come to fruition.

At this stage, Zingano is not concerned about whether they will face each other and is instead focusing on her career and training. She has made it clear that the only condition for fighting Cyborg is that they both test clean for independent drug testing. Despite frustrations in being kept on standby for potential matchups that didn’t materialize, Zingano remains focused and game for any opponent and date set in front of her.
