There was another physical altercation between Jorge Masvidal and Kevin Holland during UFC 287 weigh-ins

New footage has emerged showing a further altercation between Jorge Masvidal and Kevin Holland, despite UFC President Dana White attempting to shut down questions regarding their initial quarrel at the UFC 287 press conference.

According to Holland’s manager, Oren Hodak, ‘Gamebred’ had targeted his fighter just as he had during the earlier incident, which received widespread media attention. Although Holland had initially told Masvidal to ‘watch his mouth’, the verbal sparring ended there.

The two fighters then prepared for their respective bouts against Santiago Ponzinibbio and Gilbert Burns in the co-main event of the pay-per-view. However, it was reported that the friction between the two was far more pronounced throughout the week than either of their upcoming opponents.

Masvidal, a two-time UFC title challenger, seeks to end his three-fight losing streak at the upcoming event, following two defeats to former champion Kamaru Usman and a decision against rival Colby Covington. Holland has also lost his last two fights and was most recently stopped by Stephen Thompson after sustaining a significant injury mid-bout.
