The upcoming PFL 4 event, slated for June 8 at Atlanta’s OTE Arena, is set to showcase top-notch fighters in the featherweight and light heavyweight divisions. The matchups will be another round of fights for the 2023 season, with scoring to determine which fighters make it to the playoffs in the later part of the year.
Brendan Loughnane, who won the $1 million featherweight championship last year, will headline the event as he tries to secure his second straight championship belt. He already defeated Marlon Moraes in his first fight of the season and now has his eyes set on Jesus Pinedo.
Pinedo is coming off a split decision loss in his PFL debut, but he’s determined to cause an upset when he takes on Loughnane in June. The event will also feature Rob Wilkinson, who was crowned the 2023 PFL light heavyweight champion, in a match against Will Fleury.
Both fighters won their opening fights of the season, with Wilkinson defeating UFC veteran Thiago Santos and maintaining his seven-win streak, while Fleury earned a victory over Krzysztof Jotko.
In addition to the main card and prelims, the event will feature a showcase of fighters on both ESPN and ESPN+ card. The lineup for the ESPN card includes Joshua Silveria against Delan Monte, Bubba Jenkins vs. Jo Sungbin, Krzystof Jotko vs. Ty Flores, Alejandro Flores vs. Marlon Moraes, Chris Wade vs. Ryoji Kudo, and Abigail Montes vs. TBA Showcase.
Meanwhile, the ESPN+ card will feature Featherweight Movlid Khaybulaev taking on Daniel Torres, and Light heavyweight Marthin Hamlet going up against Sam Kei. The event promises to be an absolute thriller, as fans eagerly await these top athletes to take center stage in their respective fights.
