Jake Paul discusses why Logan Paul wasn’t considered for Nate Diaz fight and accuses Diaz of being disloyal

The Paul brothers have been the topic of conversation again, but not for their usual antics. This time around, the conversation is about Nate Diaz and how both brothers wanted to fight the former UFC star. It turns out that Jake Paul secured the highly anticipated matchup with Diaz, despite Logan Paul claiming that a bout with Diaz was being discussed.

Jake corrected him and let him know that he fooled himself into thinking they had the fight locked in. Jake revealed that Diaz was playing both sides and, ultimately, he chose to fight Jake because he believed their fight would be more legitimate than one with Logan.

Jake and Logan have both had a lot of success since transitioning from YouTube and social media stardom to professional sports. Jake, in particular, has been involved in a string of prominent boxing matches, which include knockout victories over former MMA champions such as Anderson Silva, Tyron Woodley, and Ben Askren.

Jake only defeat so far was against Tommy Fury, a reality TV star. Logan, on the other hand, made the transition to the WWE where he has participated in two WrestleMania matches, after making a name for himself in influencer boxing. Mayweather, an all-time boxing great, even fought against Logan in an exhibition match, though no official result was announced.

The brothers joked that Logan may have gotten the better of Mayweather, but it was all in good fun. In the context of the Diaz fight, Jake was provided an opportunity to gloat about his victory over his brother. While discussing how Logan wanted the Diaz fight, Jake clarified that Logan never had it locked down to begin with, adding that he told Logan that Diaz was playing both sides.

In the end, however, it all worked out for Jake and he secured the highly anticipated matchup with Diaz. As the fight approaches, all eyes will be on the American Airlines Center in Dallas, where Jake will have the opportunity to showcase his skills against a seasoned fighter like Diaz.

The anticipation for this fight has been overwhelming, as both Paul fans and UFC fans alike eagerly await the event. With the Diaz fight just around the corner, the Paul brothers’ success in influencer boxing and the WWE and their crossover into professional sports has been nothing short of impressive.
