Jailton-Almeida-victory-Jairzinho-Rozenstruik

Jailton Almeida secures victory against Jairzinho Rozenstruik at UFC Charlotte with a fast rear-naked choke

Jailton Almeida has proven himself once again as a formidable contender to become a UFC heavyweight champion in the future. Almeida’s recent bout with Jairzinho Rozenstruik was his most significant fight yet, and the Brazilian fighter demonstrated his superiority by taking his opponent down with ease and submitting him with a rear-naked choke in the first round.

Almeida’s performance was masterful as he dodged Rozenstruik’s formidable punching power and capitalised on his opponent’s weaknesses when he took the fight to the ground. Rozenstruik struggled to defend against Almeida’s grappling advantage, and the fight quickly ended when Almeida mounted Rozenstruik, pounded him with punches, and prompted him to roll over and submit to the rear-naked choke.

After the fight, Almeida expressed his satisfaction with his win, expressing his admiration for Khabib’s fighting style, which played a decisive role in his victory. He also revealed that he wanted to face Tai Tuivasa in a future fight, stating that he relished the challenge of confronting an opponent with a “heavy hand.”

Given that Almeida’s victory over Rozenstruik was so decisive, it’s likely that he will advance in the division’s hierarchy and receive more high-profile challenges. Nevertheless, it remains to be seen whether top-ranked heavyweights will be willing to sign against him.
